Bambino Show 2006

Ottimo Events introduced the first major consumer maternity and baby exhibition in the Yorkshire region in 2006. From the initial concept, we project managed the event through every stage to production: securing sponsorship, designing marketing and promotional material, business finance, venue research & evaluation, supplier selection, securing exhibitor stand sales and meeting legal obligations such as writing risk assessments and implementing health and safety policy..

We were also responsible for the general running of the event and managing staff on the day. Furthermore, we prepared a comprehensive post event evaluation report; processing feedback and comparing achievements against objectives for sponsors, exhibitors and visitors..
